Y . agrees = to to maintain a free public library for use ; by therresidents of 'the Town of Dryden ; . Therefore :, the Town of Dryden agrees to pay to the Bouthworth Library Association annually the sum of $400 , 00 for such service . Seconded by Justice Spaulding .
