M • . • Present were Supervisor Charles Downey , Hwy . Sup ' t . Stacy Beach and Justices Harry Spaulding , Orrie Cornelius , Alvord Baker , Ara Johnson and Dewey Whitford . Supervisor Downey presiding ; The Minutes of the March 10th . . and March 25th meetings were read and approved . A communication from the Lumberman ' s Mutual Casualty Company of Illinois was read ; . . Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice Johnson that the Highway bills totaling # 1704: 27 be paid as audited . I/ 4 Carried by a roll call vote . All Justices voting Yes . Moved by Justice Spaulding and seconded by Justice Cornelius that the General bills totaling 4 199 . 41 plus the Bethel Grove bills totaling i 109 ; 44 be paid as audited; Carried by a roll call vote . All Justices voting Yes; Moved by Justice Whitford and seconded by Justice : Johnson that the Town of Dryden advertise for sale the 1937 ADAMS POWER GRADER # 301 , . by sealed bids , All bids to be in by April 16 ., 1949 ; This advertisment to be placed in the Ithaca Journal on- April 7; 8 , 9 , and in the Post Standard on April 8 , r9 , 10th ; A ' Special meeting of the Town Board to be held on April 18 , 1949 at 8 : 00 P .
