SPECIAL MEETING
A special meeting of the Town of Cortland.ville Town
Board was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cort-
land, New York with Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Members Present: Supervisor Stanley Nadolski
Councilman Melvin Pierce
Councilman Warren Manning
Councilman Edwin O'Donnell
Town Clerk Pauline Parker
Absent:
Councilman Ray Thorpe
Also in attendance was Deputy Town Clerk, June Bradshaw.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski
at 4:30 P.M..
RESOLUTION # 52 AUTHORIZE INSTALLING OFFICE SIGNS IN
TOWN HALL
Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
install WHEREAS in compliance with Federal Revenue Sharing require -
office signs ments to provide assistance to the handicapped and visually
impaired, proper signs etc. should be displayed, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Supervisor Nadolski is hereby authorized
and directed to purchase new signs to designate the
different offices located within Town Hall.
RESOLUTION # 53 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
payment of BE IT RESOLVED that the vouchers submitted have been audited
vouchers and shall be paid as follows:

Councilman Pierce made a motion, seconded by Council-
man Manning, to adjourn the meeting. All voting aye, the
motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 P.M.
