Present were Supervisor Charles Downey ; Hwy . Supt . Stacy Beach and Justices Orrie Cornelius , Alvord Baker , Ara Johnson and Dewey Whitford . The minutes of the July 6th . meeting were read for information . Communications from the State Traffic Commission and the Acme Road , Machinery Co . were read . ' The following locations were designated as Polling Places for the Tow n of Dryden: : i Dist ; No . 11. Town Hall Varna ; N . Y . " . No . 11 Houtz Hall . - :" . Etna , N . Y . Martin be appointed Attendance Supervisor - for the period of One, year!.; Carried by a roll call vote . All voting Yes ; , . A motion was made by Justice Baker and * seconded by - Justice Johnson - that William Cole , Dryden , N . Y . and Mable Hughes , Freeville , . N .
