M . Present _ were :: Supervisor , Charles G . Downey , Highway Supt . Stacey Beach , Justices ; Spaulding , Cornelius , Johnson and Whitford. Supervisor Downey presiding . A motion was made by Justice Spaulding and seconded b y Justice Cornelius that Lois H . Beck , Town Clerk by appointed Registrar of Vital Statistics ?:for the term ending December 31 ,. 1949 and_ Velma Blackman , Deputy Town Clerk , be appointed. as Deputy Registrar for the tame term of • office ; Carried and so ordered . t f , P. -'4Q f . The regular monthly meetings for the year 1948 will be held on , the 3rd of each month unless the 3rd falls on a Sunday , then the 2nd or 4th or such other date as agreeCupon by the members of the board .
