Supervisor Nadolski explained that the EPA (Environ-
mental Protection Agency) insists that the Towns that
are using the Cortland Sewage DisposdJ Plant adopt the
same code that the City of Cortland has in regards to the
wastewater treatment plant.
Supervisor Nadolski also stated that by adopting
this law, the town will effectively repeal its own sewer
ordinance, however there are parts of our ordinance that
we wish to incorporate into the law.
• There being no further discussion, Councilman
O'Donnell made a motion, seconded by Councilman Thorpe
to close the public hearing. All voting aye, the motion
