EMERGENCY MEETING
An Emergency Meeting of the Town of Cortlandville
Town Board was held at 4033 Westmor_e Lane
Cortland, New York with Supervisor Nadolski presiding.
Members present: Supervisor Stanley Nadolski
Councilman Warren Manning
Councilman Melvin Pierce
Absent: Councilman Edwin O'Donnell
Councilman Ray Thorpe
Town Clerk Pauline Parker
Supervisor Nadolski called the meeting to order at
7:30 P.M.. The following information was received from the
Supervisor's office.
RESOLUTION # 132 AWARD BID FOR ONE NEW DOUBLE DRUM
award bid VIBRATORY ROLLER

Motion by Councilman Manning
Seconded by Councilman Pierce
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS pursuant to Resolution # 115, adopted June 6, 1984,
sealed bids were publicly solicted for one new double
drum vibratory roller, in accordance with the specifications
and terms set forth in the information to bidders, and
WHEREAS five sealed bids were received, opened and read
aloud by the clerk,. and
WHEREAS all bids submitted were in proper form, and have
been reviewed, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Cortland-
ville does hereby award the bid to the lowest bidder for
one new double drum vibratory roller t'o,,Tracy Equipment,
Inc., in the amount of $ 42,991.00, to be paid from DM5130.2,
and
RESOLVED that all other bids submitted are hereby rejected.
Councilman Manning made a motion, seconded by Council-
man Pierce to adjourn the emergency meeting. All voting
adjourn aye, the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 P.M..
