SPECIAL MEETING The special meeting of the Town of Cortlandville, Town Board was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York with Supervisor Nadolski presiding. Members present: Supervisor Stanley Nadolski Councilman Melvin Pierce Councilman Ray Thorpe Councilman Edwin O'Donnell Councilman Warren Manning Town Clerk Pauline Parker Others present were Deputy Town Clerk, June Bradhsaw; Zoning Officer, Don Fowler; Assessor,David Briggs. and newsreporter Michael Mittelstadt of the Cortland Standard. pay vouchers RESOLUTION #, 70 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS Motion by Councilman Pierce Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED BE IT RESOLVED that the vouchers submitted have been audited and shall be paid as follows: General Fund Vouchers # 93 - 95 $ 5,152.19 Highway 11# 38 322•45 Water Fund # 37 - 38 1,453.03 Sewer.Fund, # 16 - 17 .156.80 RESOLUTION # 71 AUTHORIZE TRADING OF TRUCK TO VIRGIL FOR trade truck IN KIND SERVICES w/ Virgil Motion by Councilman Manning Seconded by Councilman Thorpe VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby authorizes the -trading of a 1973 Chevolet, one ton dump truck to the Town of Virgil for a value of $ 1495.00, to be traded for bull- dozer and grader services. Supervisor Nadolski apprised the Town Board of a meeting S.P.C.A. with the S.P.C.A. on Friday, March 23, 1984 at 4:00 P.M. meeting regarding the 1984 contract. Councilman Pierce made a motion, seconded by Council - adjourn man O'Donnell to adjourn the regular meeting. All voting aye, the motion was carried. ,R ectfully fitted, Pauline H.
