Supervisor Nadolski apprised the Town Board that it -
has been discovered that an error was made when computing
error in the tax roll for the Villages of Homer and McGraw. This
19 tax occurred because of a change in the format for the high -
rolls way portion of the budget.
A resolution is forthcoming, from the County Legislature
to correct the error and refunds will be issued to those
property owners within the villages.
The county has also agreed to provide us with a print
out which will show the corrected amount. We will issue
a refund as soon as possible, after the payment is made.
