The Regular Monthly Meeting of . the Town Board of the Ton
of " Dryden was held at the Town clerks Office onnJuly 2 , 1946 at
8 : 00 P . M . Present were Supervisor Charles G . Downey , Hwy ; Sup t
Stacey Beach , Welfare Officer Edna Nicely and Justices C . Harry
Spaulding , Orrie Cornelius , Alvord Baker , ; Millard Hoagland and
An Johnson; Supervisor Downey presiding ;
The minutes of the last meeting were read for informatiord.
A motion was made by Justice Baker and seconded by Justice
Johnson that the General Bills „ totaling $ 135 ; 62 be paid as read.
Carried by a Roll Call Vote ; All Justices voting Yes ;
A motion was made by Justice Johnson and seconded by Justice
Cornelius that the Highway Bills be accepted with the acception
of the Two Bills for repairs to Cars leaving a total of $ I , 1767, 74 ;
Carried by a Roll Call Vote ; All Justices voting Yes
Mr • Leland Kirk of Etna , N . Y . was present to discuss with the
Members of the Board the repair of the Ewers Road ; A suggestion was
made to list this Road for improvement as soon as possible .
A motion was made by Justice Hoagland and seconded by Justice
Spaulding that the Welfare Officers Report be accepted as read .
Carried and so Ordered .
The minutes of the meeting were read and approved
On motion the meeting was adjourned!.
