SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Town of Cortlandville Town
Board was held on November 21, 1983 at the Town Hall, 15
Terrace Road, Cortland, New York with -,.Deputy Supervisor
Melvin Pierce presiding.
Members present: Deputy Supervisor Melvin Pierce •
Councilman Warren Manning
Councilman Raymond Thorpe
Councilman Edwin O'Donnell
Town Clerk Pauline Parker
Absent: Supervisor Stanley Nadolski
Others present were Deputy Town Clerk, June Bradshaw;
Attorney Phillip Rumsey-_and Newsrep.orter Dick Camerano.
Deputy Supervisor Pierce called the meeting to order
at 4:30 P.M..
pa't vouchers RESOLUTION # 231 AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF VOUCHERS
Motion by Councilman Thorpe
Seconded by Councilman Manning
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
General Fund Vouchers # 413 - 461 $ 12,084.52
Highway # 281 - 285 1,392.94
Water Fund # 131 48•35
Sewer Fund # 74 - 76 6,991.40
Councilman Thorpe made a motion, seconded by Council-
adjournman:0-'Donnell to adjourn the special meeting. All voting
aye, the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 P.M..
