EMERGENCY MEETING
An emergency meeting of the Cortlandville Town Board
was called by Supervisor Nadolski at 8:30 A.M. at the
Town Hall, 15 Terrace Road, Cortland, N.Y.rper information
received from Supervisor's office.
Members present: Supervisor Stanley Nadolski
• Councilman Melvin Pierce
Councilman Edwin O'Donnell
Councilman Raymond Thorpe
•
Absent: Councilman Warren Manning
Town Clerk Pauline Parker
The meeting'was called to order by Supervisor Nadolski.
RESOLUTION # 229 AUTHORIZE TOWN COMMITTAL OF FUNDING FOR
PROPOSED WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Motion by Councilman Thorpe
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS, the Town has made application for"Appalachian
Regional Commission funding to loop dead-end water mains
serving Pall Trinity Micro Corporation and Gutchess Lumber/
Cortland Wood Products Corporations, and -
WHEREAS, in said application the Town budgeted 50 percent of
the total cost of $ 206,435 or $ 103, 217.50, to be borne
by the Town,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board hereby commits itself to
finance the Town's share of the Water System Improvement
project.

Councilman Thorpe made a motion, seconded by Council-
man O'Donnell, to adjourn the meeting. All voting aye, adjourn
the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 AM.
