The town board meet at the office of the, town clerkfor regular
meeting , with all juatices present also welfare officer and Supt . of highways=, ,

The- minutes-, of last meeting read: and were- approved , The board of• assess
ors: were present and consulted the town . board regarding the new law comcerning
the copying of school assessments , after discussing the subject it was agreed
. to continue this year as in the past and if neccessary to use funds from the
contingent fund to m et` neccessary expense ,
Mayor- Redmore was present to contract for the use of the town shovel
in : the village . It was agreed to leave the arrangements with the highway Supt.,.
General= and highway bills read and a motto n was made by Baker to pay s
same as tad seconded byD dwney and carried by a- roll call vote ,
A motion was made by Cornelius that the town clerk ' s telephone be
designated as a town telephone , seconded by Spaulding; and carried by a roll:

of condolence-: to Martin Beck upon the death of his mother, . seconded ' by Downey,_

general' bills: read and a motion was made byi Baker to pay as read was seconded
by Downey and carried by a_ roll call vote :
Harold Clengh turned over to Supv% 6 . 00 as revenue from his office .
Welfare officer ask about hauling wood' and. sawing from the town wood lot ,
A motion was made by Cornelius to appoint a comm . or the welfare officer to
see about hauling . wood from the town wood lot ti the town village lot by the
IItown trucks in the near future seconded by Baker and carried by a roll call '
vote . .
The matter of mowing roadsides was brought up by Cornelius and discussed;
an& the board ask the clerk _ to &all the attention of the Supt . of highway to
this matter ,
The clerk reported that hugh Mc Donald had asi her to inquire of the
board about the rental of the Olmstead house as he was desireous of putting
in his winter coal . Tue board . desided that it was a matter for the welfare
_ officer to handle . Unon motion meeting was adjourned..
