Thaler was read staying that he did not think it neccessary at this time to eater into the Kingdom farms c se ' , arnd that he had made inquiries and etc . for which he presented a . bill for $ 10 ..00 , The claek reported± that she had talked the matter of_ payments over with THaler and he had agreed to wait for payment untill 1944 , as there was no money available in the 1943 fund. . A bill from Lee Tripp for gas for May was read and Cornelius. moved: to pay as read second-6e by pailding and carried by_.- a rolli call vote . The highway funds were discussedand a moyion was made by Baker for the clerk_ to write Bert Vann explaining the circumstances regarding the building of a vault for storage of town papers , in connection with the town shed and paid for from Item 3 highway . Learn if it would be possiable to pay the amount of cost of this vault from the general fund and deposit same in the highway Item 3 secconded by Cornelius and carried by a roll call vote , . Seconded by Baker and carried by a roll call vote . , The clerk read a copyrof a letter which she had wrutten to Bert Vann concerning the re -payment of coat of vault which was added to the new town shed , for the clerks papers , and reported that verbal opinionnhad been given by Mr . Vann that it could be paid for from the general fund , altho no written ans , had been recieved . Downey re a committee reported on the raizing of the barn an yhe 0 Olmstead. plaice= that it was nearly all removed and what was left had been - given- to a needy family and suggestedthe time of removal on the contract be extended to permit them to remove the wood, which was& agreedto by the entire board .
