• The town board meet at the office of the town clerk for regular meeting,
with all .. justieest , and welfare officer present . T12e Supv . was absent on
account of Illness , as also was the Supt . of highways .
Cornelius moved the Martin Beck be appointed as chairman , seconded b y
~paulding and carried .

carried by a roll call vote .
General bills read and motuon was madeby Spaulding to pay as read except
coil bond bill , seconded by Corneliusand carried by a roll - call vote .

The Elsie Olmstead4was discussed. andwelfare officer reported that an
application had been made by her comm . for aid and as the result of an invest -
agation and advice of Attnnnpy - Thaler , as per vote of the town board the
property; had. been deeded - to the Town of Dryden for her support . The welfare
officer ask if she should take care of the case through the general fund or as
a welfare case Baker moved to handle it as a welfare case seconded by Downey
. and tarried by acroll call vote , A motion was made by Baker to contingee the
fire insurance of # 2400 . 00 on this property andilto cover it for three years .
seconded by Spaulding and carried by a unamiuous vote .
A motion was made by Spaulding to appoint Edward Welser as Constable ,
• seconded by Baker and Carried by a roll call vote . Spaulding turned: over to
Clerk 43 . 20 as hie revenue for the month of Jan . to be paid over to Supv .
