The minutes of last meeting read and were approved , the clerk explained the circumstances regarding the Whitford bill , and a motion was made by - Spaulding to pay same as read , secondedlby Baker , and carried by a roll call vote . all yes . The chairman ask the committee if they had anything to report on the Question of holding the board meetings in Etna , as there was no report the chair man declared the Comm . would hold over untill such time as they were ready to report . . • • k motion was made bit Spaulding , that money be advanced to the town officals to attend the Assossitions of town meeting held at Albany , to the a amount of " 25 . 00 per person , includeing the welfare officer , if • she is to con- tinue •inokfice , seconded by Baker and carried , by roll , call vote , all yes . - but Beck who voted no . .
