Special Meeting January 26 , 1990 5 : 00 P . M .

Supervisor Dietrich called the meeting to order at 5 : 30 P . M . for the purpose
of appointing members to the Planning Board and the Board of Zoning Appeals
APPOINTMENTS :
APPOINTMENT TO TOWN OF DANBY PLANNING BOARD
Resolution # 19 of 1990
By Councilperson Schwartz : Seconded by Councilperson Oltz
RESOLVED , That Archie Dotson of 248 Updike Road be appointed to the Town
of Danby Planning Board to serve the unexpired term of Joe Schwartz . The
term of appointment is to expire on June 30 , 1992 .
A roll call vote on the resolution resulted as follows :

Carried Unanimously
APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Resolution # 20 of 1990
By Councilperson Schwartz : Seconded by Councilperson Oltz
RESOLVED , That Susan Hautala of 134 Hornbrook Road be appointed to the
Board of Zoning Appeals to fill the unexpired term of Rich Marisa . The
term of appointment is to expire on June 30 , 1994 .

APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Resolution # 21 of 1990
By Councilperson Schwartz : Seconded by Councilperson Oltz
RESOLVED , That Christopher Knauer of 937 Comfort Road , Spencer , NY be
appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals to fill a vacancy slot on the
Board . The term of appointment is to expire on June 30 , 1993 .
