The town board meet at the office of the to wn clerk for regular , ;
meeting , all justices were present but John Munsey who is ill . Supt and welfare
officer also present Supv , wweetland presiding . .
The minutes of last meeting read and approved . A hoghway bill of James
- • ole was read , and a motion was nadelby Cornelius to pay same was seconded by
Baker and carried . by a - roll call vote . .
. Supv , Beach spohe of his request for a new grader . and introduced Mr .
Morey and Mr Cooper representing the Adams Grader Co . who offeredca new grader
at the price of 3 I7I9 . 00 . It was agreed that no action be taken regarding this
purchase unyill John Munsev could be present .
. A bill from gGeo . Bailey for Fire insurance read and a motion was mac
IIby Beck to pay same seconded by Baker and carried. By a roll call vote . Allyes .
A motion was made by Cornelius to accept all bonds that had been sub-
mitted for approval seconded by Beck and carried by a roll call vote all yes .
A motion. was made by Baker to transfer # 500 . 00 to highway Item3 and
Q $ 500 . 00 -to Item 4from beverage tax if money is available , and it can legally
be done , seconded by Spaulding . an_d carried by a roll call vote .
A bill for $ 68 . 75 to S . J . Edsall for hauling wood and also a bill to
Welfare officer for $ 13 , 00 was read • and a motion made by Spaulding to pay same
was seconded by Beck carried by . a roll call vote all yes . •
The • committee on police protection -reported on their meeting with the
• committees of the villages of Freeville and Dryden , and as a result of this rer
• report a motion was made by Beck that $ 500 . 00 be included in the budget • for p
