A letter was read from Donald Yontz- , who was also present , regarding the fire protection destrict , and the following resolution was tss nted , Whe:reas=, . a request: having been made for the establishment of a fire District comprising- the Town ' of Dryden , exclusive of the Incorporated_ village& of Preeville= and= Dryden, ; Tompkins County , State of New•- York , , and Whereas ,$btice of a hearing for the establishment of said Fire District having-been. duly pub±teheft,.and Whereas said hearing was dulyon the 8th day of Ju y”038; , , and Whereas , . there being no protest against the establishment of said Fire u Liatrict , now , therefore be it resolved , ; That there has been and is established a fire District in and for the said town, to comprise- the entire town of Dryden , exclusive of the Incorporat ated Viliiagesc of Dryden and Freeville , .
