M. in a special sessionnupon request of the Supt of Highways , The - purpose of the meetingtwas to have the board inspect the road , by the Kenneth English property on Snyder hill , in regards to the purchase of land of English , to change the highway ; - After meeting Mr English and going over the situation the board returned to clerks office ; The meeting was called to order by the SUpv . The volenteered committee Cornelius and Munsey , reported that they had a _ satisfactory and agreeable settlement with Horatio Smith for the sum of . U. q0 ' and ask the boards opinion . A motion was made by Beck seconded by Bator to a ccept this settlement , carried by a roll call vote . A : 1, P . A . Project was discussed and it was decided to leave it untill the next meeting .
