Ray Liddingtthn present and read a letter from Lawyer Newman regarding
a Fee for services in connection with a request , for- information , as to the
legality of the town appropreation to the Hose Company . * motion made by ' -
Spaulding seconded by Back to have town clerk write Mr Newman - explaining
that in as much as The Supv . and Liddington were a committee . to secure
this information ; as a service ti - the town the board felt it should come
under his salary as County Attorney . Roll call vote all yes ,
A letter from the Election board read .asking for mare suitable.. quarter

The clerk explained an error ( upon the. . part of the agent/ in the price
quoted onthe Town law books . A motion made.: by Spaulding .. seconded • by Cottere

Mayor . Hoagland present and stated that the Village was ready to co -ope
erate with the town in regards to Police Protection . No action was taken .

furnished by Lotterell or Uott if it can be obtained upon their properity . 1
