Smith 8 Present: Shermen, Richmond, Beck, Smith, Bissen, Schutt, Munkenbeck 9 Absent: Ryan, Prentiss (excused) to Ex officio: Nicholson (Planning Dept.), Belcher (Planning Dept.), Goldsmith (Planning Dept.), I Sumner (Town Supervisor) 12 Liaison; Weinstein (Planning Board), Lavine (Town Board) 13 14 2. Review and approval of minutes from 27 November 2012 Meeting 18 Beck made a motion to approve the minutes. 19 Jeremy seconded the motion. 20 All approved. 21 22 4. Lavine Lavine said that the Town is currently discussing the time /budget of the hiking trails. 28 29 b. Town Planning Board - David Weinstein 30 Weinstein discussed what the Planning Board did this past year including; finalizing the new 31 Zoning Laws, Varna Plan, and the Comprehensive Plan. 32 He expresses that he would like to see stream buffer regulations, syndic view presentation and 33 natural landscape preservation, and the need to balance public access to recreation. 34 35 c. `1"ompkins County EMC - Steve Bissen 36 Bissen reported that the December EMC meeting was a public meeting about Cornell's lake 37 source cooling. 38 39 d.
