The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
1.) Agenda
• 7:30 -8:15 Walter Hang will give his talk on Gas Drilling & Hydrofracking
• 8:15 -8:30 Questions and discussion
• 8:30 -8:50 CEA process and map update - Dan /coma- iittee
• 8:50 -9:1.0 Agricultural land protection budget issues - Craig /Dan
• 9:1.0 -9:30 Zoning update and discussion of comments received etc. -Dan
2. Minutes - Former minutes were read, would like to have the Jan. 6d, 2010 minutes
for the next meeting to discuss and approve.
3. 7:50 - 9:30 Walter Hang President of Data Co. gives his talk on what his company
does; they work with Government, State and Federal agencies investigating
® wastewater discharge and toxic chemicals. Talks about Gas drilling and

4. Meeting running late: board quickly finishes up with brief discussions on what
they learned from Mr. Hang and questions on what is happening at 116 Wood Road
and with the hire Dept. and drilling and Marcellus Shale?
Who will draft a letter for Environmental Fund Grant?
Who is lead agency, SEQR?
Subcommittees are suggested for topics for Open Space Plan,
Dan- CEA map update and talks about CEA areas and UNA on map and shows a
table.
