Members Present: Bob Beck, Milo Richmond, Nancy Munkenbeck, Charles Smith, Bard Prentiss

Others Present: Dan Kwasnowski, Environmental Planner and Conservation Board Coordinator,
Mary Ann Sumner, Joy Foster, Recording Secretary
This meeting was called to order at 7:45 parr.
Dan & Joy, attendance
Stan excused from meeting and no FMC report.
Dan- reads over the agenda and announces he has to advertise for a new member.
Flands out the attendance policy to all, and Joy will mail to missing members.
Any announcements: Congratulations to Mary Ann for winning the Supervisors Position.
Bard invited all to hike at Mallory Ville, spring walk would be better and will invite other boards.
Tompkins Co. will host a gathering on Nov. 19 in the Old Jail in Ithaca, emails went out about this just
today. Charlie will forward the email from Scott Doyle.
CB- talks about the Natural Areas and it is suggested that someone from our group go and represent us.
Milo made the motion for Bard to gig.

Farmland Protection Plan Grant Proposal — Dan sent all an email from Behan Planning for all to
view and to go over the Comp. Plan.
Dan went over the suggestions from all who sent suggestions to Dan. One was to do a survey of new
and continuing fanners, accessing aspects of zoning and other regulations that occur in the community.
Dan would like to hire a firm to make a nice plan. C.13 suggested using students from Cornell as a
consulting firm and that would be for free. It would take longer.
For the survey suggested that we use a Cornell class for the survev as well?
Will look into this.
