SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
4:30 P.M.
A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville was held at 4:30 p.m. at the Town Hall,
3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York with Supervisor
Thorpe presiding.
Members present: Supervisor, Raymond Thorpe
Councilman, Theodore Testa
Councilman, Edwin O'Donnell
Councilman, John Pilato
Town Clerk, Pauline Parker
Absent: Councilman, Ronal Rocco
Also present was Town Attorney, John Folmer.
RESOLUTION #62 SET DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN
AQUIFER PERMIT FOR SUIT-KOTE INC.
Motion by Councilman Pilato
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Suit-Kote Co.
for an Aquifer permit for their property located on
Lorings Crossings, and
WHEREAS, the application has now been reviewed by the
necessary boards, thus this Board can now reschedule the
Public Hearing, as required, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, a Public Hearing shall be held on April
12, 1995 at 7:00 p.m.
Councilman Testa made a motion, seconded by
Councilman O'Donnell, to adjourn the Special Town Board
Meeting. All voting aye, the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35.
