SPECIAL MEETING
5:00 P.M.
A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace
Road, Cortland, New York, on January 25, 1993 with
Supervisor Raymond Thorpe presiding.
Members present: Supervisor, Raymond Thorpe
Councilman, Edwin O'Donnell
Councilman, Theodore Testa
Town Clerk, Pauline Parker
Absent: Councilman, Ronal Rocco
RESOLUTION #32 APPOINT CHRISTOPHER NEWELL TO THE
(:ORTLANDVILLE PLANNING BOARD
Motion by Councilman Testa
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Planning Board Member
Seth Burgess, there :is a vacancy, and
WHEREAS, a list of perspective members has been reviewed
by the Planning Board and the Town Board, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby appoints
Christopher Newell of 4450 Cosmos Hill Road, Cortland,
New York to the Cortlandville Planning Board, for five
years commencing January 25, 1993 and shall expire
December 31, 1997.
Councilman Testa made a motion, seconded by
Councilman O'Donnell, to adjourn the Special Meeting.
All voting aye, the motion was carried.
