Members Absent: Ralph Rocager, Ross Boyer, Larry Hinkle, Tracy Kurtz, Vacancy- R.Space slot

Meeting called to order at 6:25pm.

Meeting iNlinutes: 218106. Moved Sharon, 2nd Steve. Approved unanimous.
2.
Rec. Coord. )Monthly Report: Jennifer gave a verbal monthly report:
- Next band showcase tentatively set for 3/24/06.
Club Dryden (Middle School) being worked on
- lee Skating (Sr. 3 -5) every Wed. /month in March. 75 current participants with 10 on waiting list. Primary program will begin for the
month of April.

- Lacrosse sign -ups begirt today. 4110106 is equipment handout.
- Music -in= Ilse -Park elates are all booked. Run on Wednesdays 6128-8/16/06.
- Fundraising bank accounts for 1) Friends of Dryden Football/Cheerleading & Adult Softball Fun League. Checkbooks have been
handed over to the Town. Coaches will be the committee. Jcn is in process of making fornial guidelines.
'Travel baseball tourney 2125106, 124 participants, 13 teams. $500 earned in concessions.
Town Recreation Areas Signage: Jen gave info. to Henry Slater, Town Code Enforcement Officer. Henry has drawn up a plan and
made preliminary phone calls to folks involved to get input on permission. So far all have agreed to this signage. Jen will work with
Henry and Jack Bush, Town Highway Superintendent regarding the Town Highway staff to make and plant the signs.
Town Recreation Banner: Henry is still working on do's and don'ts for location of a banner.
• Dryden Wall St, Ballficld: Jen is waiting on info. from Fred Whitmore regarding fencing. NYS grant money has been received by the
Village of Dryden. After Village approves, 'Town should receive the funds.
- Recreation Newsletter: Jen will work with Town Supervisor Steve Trumbull . if Town will be preparing a monthly newsletter, Jen
Will use that instead of her own.
- Recreation events brochure: Table until Ross is present.
• Lengthy discussion ;about school /loNvn partnership with regarding to facility use. Jeri meeting with school superintendent Mark
Crawford. Will ask for a follow -up meeting with all parties involved to review Town/School process.

- Skate Park & Blacktop resurface of basketball court at Montgomery Park: Jen and Steve Trumbull will be meeting with Dryden
Village Mayor Reba Taylor regarding these issues.
- SUCC Recreation Survey Presentation: Jen Hill call the Village to confirm date of their meeting and add this to their agenda.
- Annual Egg Hunt: Jen is working with Dryden VFW for possible partnership of this event.

DRC Brochure: Tabled until Ross can attend. (Feb. Mig, notes: Ross distributed the aril draft based on changes suggested at the January
meeting. A few more revisions were suggested. The 4th draft will be ncviewcd at the March meeting. Ross also updated the 2002 Programs
& Facilities brochure. He will send this one electronically to Jennifer who will incorporate into the document she is working on.)

Goals
- Dan will touch base with Tracy regarding compilation of ideas and will email to membership for
review prior to the meeting. (Feb, mtg. notes: Tracy asked that everyone review the 2005 Goals and submit their suggested 2006 Goals
to `fracy
via email by Monday, 2127/06. Tracy will compile the suggestions in prep. for our review in March. )

Future Agenda Items:
a. Establish 2006 DRC Goals - all

e. DRC Brochure - review 4th draft
f. Update on Montgomery Park upgrades/rcpairs information (Jennifer & Steve)
g. establish agreement with school on facilities use expectations from both sides

Ralph S. will make some calls to see if we could use any window space in vacant storefronts on Main St. Dryden for advertising.

Dan asked Lisa to include Town (2nd Ttturs,) & Village
(3rd Murs.) mtg, dates on the minutes.
