Meeting called to order at 6:30pm.
1.
Meeting Minute;: 1217/05. One Change - Sharon to give SUCC Survey Report in
February. Moved Dior, 2nd Ralph, Approved
unanimous with the one change,

DRC 2006 Officers: Tracy & Dan offered to Co -Chair. Lisa 2nd. Approved Unanimous. Lisa agreed to continue as secretary with
hesitation. Sharon 2nd. Approved Unanimous. i`lo Vice - Chair.

L05 Rec, Dent. Year End Report - Tabled until Feb. pending Tompkins County Rec. Partnership info, that won't be available fora few weeks.

SiJCC Student Recreation Survey Report: It was agreed in December that Sharon will present this report in February.

April Dryden Village Board meeting - SUCC Survey Report & use of and upgrades to Montgomery Park court area. Jeri to
ask Village to place DRC on their April agcnda.

Montgomery Park - Steve to talk with lack about resurfacing court area, Jen to check with Town staff regarding someone to figure
out the needs for the lights & drain.

DRC 2005 Year Find Report. Tracy handed out report & rcviewed. She is to send it to me electronically so I can send it to the Board fi Clerk.

1006 DRC monthly meeting day /time.
Keep same as 2005 (1st Wed. at 6pm)

2006 DRC Membership Roster - passer.! around Lite table for updates. Lisa to update and redistribute to membership & -Town Clerk.

Vacancy: Steve will ask Christine BccrolT, Director of the Ellis Hollow Community Center of her interest.

DRC Town I oral Law #4: Re: Permanent School Rep.. Due to Ralph Boettger's inability to attend the DRC monthly nneetings and events,
DRC agreed that Larry Hinkle, ,MS Asst. Principal would be an ideal membex. Steve to contact Mark Crawford, School Superintendent
regarding this membership slot.

Si ma e: Dan gave a report. He shared a draft of signs for: 1) Montgomery Park; 2) Vertical Banners that attach to poles (i.e.,
at the 4-
corners); 3) A•Frarne sign w/ letters for rec. dept. use. Jen to map out signage needs, approx costs, sponsorships to help defray costs, talk with
Henry Slater for placement rules /laws, ctc.

DRC Brochure: Ross sent electronically the 2nd draft, Draft was reviewed and Lisa to submit updates to Ross to prepare 3rd draft for

February meeting. Lisa handed out copies of the Ist and only brochure developed by the DRC in 2002. to reduce risk.

Establish 2006
DRC Annual (:gals - table until February. Lisa to send 2005 Goals cleculonically to membership to review.
