Business
Meeting called to order at approx_ 5:35pm.
I.
No agenda was prepared foil the June or July tncetings. The July meeting was held at Montgomery Park prior to the
Music -In - The -Park concert, as we needed to also set -up concessions, etc.
2.
No meeting minutes were available to review/approve for the June meeting - Lisa & Steve were absent due to the
unexpected death of close family friend.
3.
Rec. Coord. Monthly Report: Jennifer gave a brief verbal
oven iew of her monthly activities.
4.
DRC Members Attendance at the 7113 S 7/20 Music -In ThE�Park concerts : Due to Jennifer being out of town for
her wedding, we reviewed who from the DRC would be in attendance at the next two concerts to help the two Rec.
Dept. summer helpers with sct -up, selling; and clean -up.
5.
Si na ge: We need signs made for at: least Elm St. (Rt. 13 side), Lewis St. (both sides) directing visitors to Montgomery
Park and parking.
6.
DRC Membership: One (1) vacancy (Riley slot term expires 12.'31/00). Lisa moved that the DRC approve Ross Boyer
to be recommended to the Town Board to appoint to the DRC. Ross is the only letter of interest received and the
DRC met Ross Rover at their .tune meeting. Seconded by Ralph S. Approved unanimous,

DRC Rep. at Town Board Meeting: 2nd Thursdays @ 7pm cc Town Wall. DRC agreed this is very important and is
