SPECIAL MEETING
TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR 1993
5:00 P.M.
A Special Meeting was held at the Town Hall, 15
Terrace Road, Cortland, New York, at 5:00 p.m., with
Supervisor Raymond Thorpe presiding.
Members present: Supervisor, Raymond Thorpe
Councilman, Theodore Testa
Councilman, Edwin O'Donnell
Councilman, Donald Beard
Town Clerk. Pauline Parker
Absent: Councilman, Ronal Rocco
Others present were: Town Attorney, Phillip Rumsey;
Highway Superintendent, Carl Bush; and Town Engineer,
Hayne Smith.
The Meeting was called to order by Supervisor
Thorpe at 5:00 p.m.
Town Clerk, Pauline Parker distributed the
Tentative Budget for 1993 to the Town Board members, as
required by Town Law.
RESOLUTION #192 SET DATE OF OCTOBER 12, 1992 AT
7:00 P.M. TO SET UP BUDGET
WORKSHOPS
Motion by Councilman O'Donnell
Seconded by Councilman Testa
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board shall hold Budget
Workshops, to include Department Heads, on October 12,
1992 AT 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
Councilman Testa made a motion, seconded by
Councilman O'Donnell, to adjourn the Special Meeting.
All voting aye, the motion was carried.
The Meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
