Malty reviewed resignations received and who she has contacted fo rDP.0 members, Jim reported that both he and Ron have or will be in contact with a couple ofp cop le_ Tracy may also have a contact_ Lisa reviewed the process: D RC members are to communicate to individuals interested in serving on the DRG to submit their letter of interest to Lisa (via email ifthcy choose) ASAP. The DR C will review letters received in hopes of preparing a recommendatioil to the Town Board for now members, 4 a, V alI Street R all park Report: Bill reported that every dig day they have had scheduled Iras bean rain E0 out, Bill will work orl schedu Iing another day in the very near future. Bili has had cons ersations with Larry Wilson, local resident and business owner. Larry is interested in helping with the field work (i.e_, heavy equipment, etc.) - 2004 Season Goal: Conip letion of infield work. Cost of fencing is still up in the air as we haven't received a quote yet from our Iocal vendor_ Bill will contact Fred NVhitmore again for tale quote, b_ Signage: Jim will develop a draft list of Town locations wa are aware of that need signage_ The DRC directed J I m to work with Jack Bush, Town. Highway Superintendent, after the draft list is established, Members of the DRC believo the Town has the ability to make the signs as well as possibly install them. c. Dairy nay (Sat. 6112104): DRC Booth - mechanical! bull is too expensive, Other ideas' Dunking Booth and Dime Toss. Tracy will continue coordinating these efforts and wi 11 communicate via email to the DRU. d. TG3 Cano e Rack. Malty reported that the rack was destroyed.
