SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville, was held at the Town Hall, 15 Terrace
Road, Cortland, New York, with Deputy Supervisor,
Raymond Thorpe presiding.
Members present: Deputy Supervisor, Raymond Thorpe
Councilman, Theodore Testa
Councilman, Edwin O'Donnell
Absent: Supervisor, Melvin Pierce
Councilman, Ronal Rocco
Town Clerk, Pauline Parker
Others present were Town Engineer, Hayne Smith.
The Special Meeting was called to order by Deputy
Supervisor, Raymond Thorpe at 12:45 p.m.
RESOLUTION #1S1 AWARD BID FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT GROTON AVENUE, NEW
YORK STATE ROUTE 281 & LUKER
ROAD
Motion by Councilman Testa
Seconded by Councilman O'Donnell
VOTES: ALL AYE ADOPTED
WHEREAS, Town Engineer, Hayne Smith was authorized to
let out bids for the Groton Avenue, New York: State Route
281, & Luker Road Sewer Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, on June 5, 1991, submitted, sealed bids were
opened, read aloud, and given to the Town Engineer for
review, and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid was received from Piccirilli
Bros. General Construction Inc., from Binghamton, New
York in the amount of $440,020.00, and has been found to
be in proper order, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville called a special meeting on June 12,1991
to award the bid to Piccirilli Bros. General
Construction Inc., for the Groton Avenue,New York State
Route 281, & Luker Road Sewer, Inprovement Project for
the amount of $440,020.00.
A motion was made by Councilman O'Donnell, seconded
by Councilman Testa, to adjourn the Special Meeting.
All voting aye, the motion was carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:50 p.m.
