RE: Zoning Analysis – City Harbor Point East II
I have reviewed the site plan application for revisions to the City Harbor project, dated February 15, 2022, and
have determined that the proposed Point East II building does not require any variances to be constructed as
currently proposed. The current proposal complies with the use and area requirements for Newman District
(ND). Any future changes to the proposed use or building envelope may result in the need to attain a variance.
