HomeMy WebLinkAboutZoning Analysis - 815 S Aurora Street - May 12 2022 TO: Lisa Nicholas, Acting Director of Planning & Development Nikki Cerra, Environmental & Landscape Planner FROM: Megan Wilson, Zoning Administrator DATE: May 12, 2022 RE: Zoning Analysis – 815 S. Aurora Street Revisions I have reviewed the site plan revisions for 815 S. Aurora Street, dated March 30, 2022, and have determined that the revised project does not require any variances to be constructed as currently proposed. The current proposal complies with the use and area requirements for the R-3b zoning district; §325-20, Off-Street Parking; and §325-29.9, Fall Zone and Setback Requirements for Tier Three Personal Wireless Service Facilities. Any future changes to the proposed use or building envelope may result in the need to attain a variance. The complete zoning analysis is attached. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if you need any additional information. CITY OF ITHACA 108 E.
