LOCAL LAW NO. 17 FOR THE YEAR 2014
A LOCAL LAW TO RESCIND LOCAL LAW 13 OF 2014 TO OVERRIDE THE
TAX LEVY LIMIT ESTABLISHED
IN GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW §3-C
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca as follows:
Section 1. Local Law 13 of 2014, titled "A Local Law to Override the Tax Levy
Limit Established in General Municipal Law §3-c, be and hereby is rescinded in its
entirety.
Section 2. Effective date: This local law shall take effect immediately upon
filing with the Secretary of State.
