line, 21-t. feet to a point, sold point being 40t.,,, feet distant southeasterly, measured at right angles from Station 95+02t of
the sold baseline, thence through the property of Earland MancInland Robert Mancini (reputed owners) South 63'-53'-24' West,
a distance of 161 feet to Its intersection with the first mentioned southeasterly boundary of sold existing Ithaca
Road, State Highway No. 454, sold point being 19+ feet distant southeasterly, measured of right angles from Station

a point, sold point being 141t feet distant northwesterly, measured at right angles from Station +791: of the sold

distance of 50± feet to Its InfersecfIon with the division line between the property of Earland Mancini and Robert Mancini

the Office of the State Department of Transportation and described as follows:
Beginning at Station 92+15.011 thence North 56"-23'-21" East to Station 96+35.501 thence
North 55"-09'-16" East to Station 100+00.00.
All bearings referred to True North at the 76*-35'-00" Meridian of West Longitude.
