Cook ----------------------------------------- In the Matter of the Application of ARTHUR ROSTEN Wonderland Motel �-y Elmira Road for special approval pursuant -:to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ithaca. ----------------------------------------= ORDER GRANTING SPECIAL APPROVAL An application in the above matter for a variance having been presented by ARTHUR ROSTEN relating to premises known as The Wonderland Motel on Elmira Road, Ithaca, New York, to the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Ithaca and a hearing by the said board having been duly held at the time and place stated above, after published notice; and consideration having been given to the promotion of the health, safety, morals or general welfare of the community in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the zoning ordinance of the Town of Ithaca; and it having been resolved and determined following,such hearing that the spirit of the ordinance shall be observed and public safety and welfare secured and a need for the use in question exists and the convenience of the community will be served and neighboring persons and property will not be adversely affected and substantial justice done by the enty of this order, be it hereby ORDERED, that the special approval applied for with respect to the said application be granted.
