Consider approval for a Fee Reduction Request, for 99 Tibet Drive Mr. Howe reported that the Review Committee went over that the fee reduction request for the Dalai Lamas Library and Research Center and requested additional financial information and documents from the applicant. After reviewing the additional information, the Review Committee is recommend 'i,ng a reduction in the fee., The Committee was willing to reduce the be down to $300, but the policy allows for a maximum reduction of 25%, therefore the most that it can. be reduced down to is a fee of $8,12.50. The County is looking for each municipality to contribute for 2025, which, will be under discussion at TCOG, along with the stron I h I g recommendation that tine County covers al the costs. Personnel Committee: Mrs. Drake went over that there is a change to Civil Service. Provislonal Appointments probationary period wouldn't start until they have taken the exam., and they are now going back. to the first-tirne provisional appointments and having the probationary period start at appointment. 'Mr. Howe noted that COVID guidellnes have changed, and the personnel. committee w�tll be making recommendations for updating that policy. Other: Mr. Howe mentioned that there was going to be an'EMS Sty ,ff Meet and Great at the Emergency Response Office at 92 Brown Rocud Mar ch. 201h from 12-30p.m.-4:00 p.m. He also, noted he would be attending a networking event with the local media that the County is hosting. Mr.Howe relminded people that Mu Smith sent out an update on the deermanagement prograrn and he will send out a report once the Program had finhed up. 9) Review of Correspondence — None Pg* I.I.
