Mr. Howe called the meeting to order at 9:36 a.m.
Agenda Item: Authorization to proceed with purchase negotiations associated with
approximately 48 acres on Elmira Road for the future expansion of the Black Diamond Trail
using Open Space Funds.

Resolved that the Town Supervisor is authorized to proceed with purchase negotiations and
execute any and all necessary documents associated with the purchase, up to $400,000 from the
*pen Space Account, for approximately 48 acres on Elmira Road in anticipation of the future
expansion of the Black Diamond Trail for the benefit of town residents.
Moved: Bill Goodman Seconded: Pamela Bleiwas
Vote: ayes - Goodman, Bleiwas, Howe, DePaolo and Johnson
The meeting was adjourned upon a motion by Mr. Howe and a second by Mr. DePaolo,
unanimous,
