HomeMy WebLinkAboutLL 02 of 1996 Amend Ithacare TOWN OF ITHACA LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 1996 A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING LOCAL LAW NUMBER 1 FOR THE YEAR 1994 TO PERMIT RELOCATION OF THE ITHACARE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY BUILDING IN SPECIAL LAND USE DISTRICT NUMBER 7 ON DANBY ROAD OWNED BY ITHACARE CENTER SERVICES, INC. The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ithaca as amended by Local Law Number 1, 1994, be amended further by amending said Local Law as follows: 1. Section 4 (c) of said Local Law is amended by deleting the phrase "elevations and plans denominated "Schematic Sections and Elevations" (Drawing LS-3) made by L. Robert Kimball Associates, dated December 10, 1993, a copy of which is on file. . ." and inserting in its place the phrase "elevations and plans numbered SK-L1J (Preliminary Site Plan - Alternative B.3), L-4 (Planting & Materials Plan), L-5 (Trail Plan), L-6 and L-7 (Details), and A-6R (Elevations), prepared by L. Robert Kimball & Associates and dated January 30, 1996, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "January 30, 1996, Site Plan") copies of which are on file. . ." 2. Section 5 of said Local Law is amended by deleting the phrase "Preliminary Site Plan ((Drawing LS-2) made by L. Robert Kimball Associates dated October 4, 1993, . . ." and inserting in its place the phrase "Preliminary Site Plan (the January 30, 1996, Site Plan. . ." 3. In the event that any portion of this law is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected by such declaration of invalidity. 4. This law shall take effect 10 days after its publication.
