Final Site Plan Review
Submittal Checklist
A complete Final Site Plan submission must be filed in the Planning Department at least 30 calendar days
prior to the Planning Board meeting at which final approval is requested.
A complete application includes a PDF/digital submission containing the following items, plus hard copies
of materials where noted:
o Completed & signed Development Review Application -please apply online here:

o Payment of Final Site Plan Review fees (half of the fee paid for preliminary review—we accept credit
cards online, and cash or check written out to "Town of Ithaca").
o Project narrative— 10 copies, explaining any project changes since preliminary site plan approval and
how the submitted materials comply with conditions of preliminary approval.
o Two full size sets (24" x 36") and 10 reduced sets (11" x 17") of any required revised drawings that
were necessary to comply with conditions imposed as part of the preliminary site plan approval
process. All drawings require the name and seal of the licensed land surveyor, engineer, architect,
or landscape architect who prepared the materials and are associated with the project. Drawings
must also contain the project title and address, graphic scale, north arrow, preparer's name and
address, and date (including all revision dates).
o Truck routing plans and any other reports, studies, engineering calculations, documents, or
materials that were required to be submitted before consideration of final site plan approval.
