thence westerly along the south line of Adams Street to the place of beginning, being a part
of the same premises conveyed by Norman C. Johnson Jr., and wife to the Ithaca Realty Company
aforesaid, by deed dated March 1st, 1909 and recorded March 19th, 1909, in the Tompkins
County Clerk's Office, in Liber 169 of Deeds, at Page 597. Being the same premises conveyed
to the parties of the first part by deed of Loretta T. Jones, dated February 25th, 1925, and
recorded in said Clerks Office on the da ne day, in Liber 208 of Deeds, at page 116.
