easterly corner of the school district parcel (see 419/page 23) said
point also being about 455 feet on a str8ight line from the westerly
side of Warren Road; thence running S 23 27' East parallel to and 60 fee

60 feet north from the north line of the premises conveyed to the Villaq
of Cayuga Heights by Otto B. Schoenfeld by deed recorded in Book 411 of
Deeds at'page 376 (subject to the rounding of said corner on a circle
having a radius of 50 feet); thence running easterly about 450 feet to F
a pipe set in the westerly line of Warren Road, which said pipe marks th
southeasterly corner of premises conveyed by said Schoenfeld to Rocco j -
Lucenti by deed recorded in said Clerk's Office in Book 349 of Deeds
at page 253; thence continuing easterly on the same course tothe center
line of Warren Road; thence running southeasterly and along the center
line of Warren Road 69 feet; thence running westerly to the pipe marking
the point or place of beginning. ? i
There is also hereby conveyed the use of a temporary turn-around
circle having a radius of 4.5 feet, and whose center is located about i
58 feet northwesterly from 'the west line of the above described parcel.
There is also conveyed the rightto the use of the small parcel of land
west of the west line of the parcel above described and the easterly
circumference of said turn-around circle. It is intended that' the use }
of said turn-around circle will cease and be discontinued at that time
when the road above described is continued westerly to meet and become
a portion of an existing road in the Village of Cayuga Heights known as
Winthrop Drive.

This conveyance is made ,for street purposes only and is made subject
to grants given and made for utilities and the rights of the public in
that portion which lies within the confines of Marren Road.
Reference is hereby made to a survey made by Carl Crandall, C.E. under
date of May 26, 1964 entitled "Map of Lots on'Winthrop Drive Adjacent
to Northeast Elementary School Site in Town of Ithaca, N.Y.", approved
by the Town Planning Board of the Towncf Ithaca March 17, 1964, a copy
of which was filed in the Tompkins County Clg rk's Office Nov, 18, 1964.
