dated January 5, 1g61 and recorded on January 13, 1961, in Liber 15 of
Miscellaneous Records at page 346, said land described below to revert to the
party of the first part, its successors or assigns, without any further action upon
it, or their part as the case may be, if and when the said land described below
water supply for the water supply system already

Schickel property S 830 15' E 185 feet to a stake marking the northeast corner of
said Lot N4, thence S 60 451W 120 feet to a stake marking the southeast corner of f
i, said Lot N4; thence N 830 15' W, 185 feet to a stake marking the southwest
corner of said Lot X14 in part running along a line bounding an area marked on said
map "Future Road Extension"for 125 feet, and in part along the northerly line of
a road marked 'Road' on said map for 60 feet, and road having been conveyed to i

Being part of the premises conveyed to Norbert H. Schickel by Carl B. Wall and
Alice E. Wall by deed dated April 22, 1958, and recorded in Tompkins County
Clerk's Office in Liber 405 of Deeds at page 401. Said Norbert H. Schickel died
testate on July 30, 1960. And being part of the promisee conveyed by Norbert H.
1 Schickel, Jr., and First National Bank and Trust Company of Ithaca, New York,
executors of the Last Will and Testament of Norbert H. Schickel, Sr., (the j
decedent named above as Norbert H. Schickel) to First National Bank and Trust r.
Company of Ithaca, New York, as•Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of t
Norbert H. Schickel, Sr., by deed dated October 15, 1963, and recorded in
Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 447 of Deeds at Page 954, and by First
National Bank and,Trust Company of Ithaca, New York, Trustee Under the Last
Will and Testament of Norbert H. Schickel,. Sr., deceased, to Fairview Manor
Realty Company, a limited partnership organized under the laws of the State of
New York, party of the first part herein, by deed dated October•15, 1963 and
recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 447 of Deeds at Page 960.
