particularly described as follows:-
Beginning at the westerly terminus of the center line of the i

right of way of Highgate Road which was conveyed to the Township of. i
Ithaca by deed of Jared T. Newman, et al. dated February 26, 1932,

and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 229 of
Deeds at page 153, said terminus being at the point of intersection l'
of the center line of Highgate Road with the east line of Highland
Road; thence westerly in a straight line to a point in the center i
line of Berkshire Road twenty-five feet due north from an iron pipe i

monument set in the southerly line of Berkshire Road about in line
with a lane that leads to the north, said point being also the
western terminus of a 174.5' chord mentioned in the description
of Berkshire Road in the deed of conveyance of said road from
the party of the first part to the party of the second part dated
February 25, 1932, and recorded in Book 229 of Deeds at page 149,
In accepting this grant, the party of the second part
