Tract, so-called, formerly owned by Jared T. Newman and prolongation

thereof and extending from Triphammer Road easterly 1258.11 to a point
about 1241 west from the northeast corner of premises conveyed to the
Village of Cayuga Heights' by deed of Emily Evans Sheldon, dated July 6,
1932, and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office July 6, 1932 in Lib)r
230 of Deeds at Page 8.
The said right of way is further shown on a map made by Carl Crandal ,
C. E., dated June 10,' 1A32, and filed in TQmpkina County Clerk's Office

on July 6, 1932, a more particular description of said right of way as
taken from the said map being as followst Being a 501 right of way, 2511
in width on each side of the north boundary of the Pine Hill Tract, so-
called, formerly owned by Jared T. Newman, which said right of way is
bounded on the north by the south bounds of lands formerly of Emily

�I E. Sheldon and the center line of which said right of way is described
as beginning in the center of Triphammer Road and running south 810 161

i' east, the following distances: A distance of 720.11 to a pipe; thence

Being the same right of way granted to the Village of Cayuga Heights

li There is excepted and reserved, however, from this conveyance all
rights to the said right of way as were reserved by the said Emily Evans
Sheldon and Jared T. Newman by the aforesaid two deedal to themselves,

. reserved, however, from this conveyance all rights therein as conveyed
, to the City of Ithaca by deed of the Village of Cayuga Heights, dated '
