y The assignors hmein, in consideration of this assignment and the acceptance thereof by
the Tompkins County Trust Company, hereby agree jointly and severally to save the said Tompkins
County Frust Company harmless from all other covenants in said Lease contained, and to remain
liable on all the other obligations in said Lease contained; It being the intent of this assign-
ment to assign all rents and the right to receive and enforce the collection of such rents.

to and thirty-seven, BETWEEN James T. Newman and Jane h;. W. Newman,
Town of Ithaca. his wife, of the Town of Ithacan County of Tompkins and State of
X New York, parties of the first parts and TOWN OF ITHACA, a municipal
corporation and political subsidivion of the County of Tompkins in the State of New York,
party of the second part,
YuITNESSETH that the parties of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) law-
ful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second
part, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second parts its successors
and assigns forever, for highway purposes, the following highways in said Town of Ithaca, here-
tofore constructed by Jared T. Newman, one of the parties of the first part., all as shown on a ,
map of the Cayuga Heights Region, made by Marl Urandall, E. C., April 1, 1936 and revised
January 11, 1937 filed in the Tompkins County Clerkfs office in January 1937, to wit: l
Midway Road, 50 feet wide, from the north line of the Village of Cayuga Heights northerly I

Forest Drive, 43 feet wide, from The Parkway northeasterly to Hanshaw Road.

Lenox Road, 50 feet wide, from Hampton road northeasterly to Higbgate Road.
East Remington Hoad, 50 feet wide, from highgate Road westerly 295 feet, more or less to
meet the portion of said road previously conveyed to the party of the second part. �

Last Will and Testament LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, Estelle Hammond of the City
of : of Ithaca, in the Uounty of Tompkins and State of New York, being
Estelle Hammond. of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my

�} SECOND. I give devise and bequeath to my niece, Vera Furman, of 207 North Plain Street,
Ithaca, New York, to be hers absolutely and forever, the following property; house and lot at
603 Utica Street Ithaca, N.Y., and all the furnit tze, household equipment, personal effects
located in or about the premises and any and all contents of the said premises; a lot adjoining `I r
the said premises and located at the corner of Jay and Utica Street,, Ithaca, h.Y., and known as
601 Utica Street.
THIRD: I give devise and bequeath to my aforesaid niece, Vera Furman the life use of my
! house arra lot located at 204 East Jay Street, Ithaca, N.Y., with full power to dispose of the

same by will at her death, and in the event my said niece shall leave no will, I give/and
bequeath the said premises after her death to the heirs of my said niece.

FOURTH: I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell the following property; house and
lot at 518 Utica Street, double house and lot at 201 and 203 East Jay Street, and a double
house and lot at 205 and 207 East .day btreet, all in Ithaca, N.Y., I give devise and bequeath
the proceeds from such sales and any cash that I may have at my death whether in my possession ;,
