ALL-THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LANDS situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins, and

hundred and twenty (320) feet northwesterly from the center of the Five Mile Drive, so-called,,
which pipe marks the northern end of the boundary between Lots 24 and 25 of the lots on the

VanOrder Tract, as shown by a map made by Jades Conley, C.E., dated April 140 1924., and fil-
ed in the Tompkins County Clerkvs office April 19, 1924; sunning from said point of beginning
north 290 301 west (magnetic bearing February, 1932) on a line which is a prolongation of the

' said boundary between Lots 24 and 25, one hundred and fifty (150) feet to a point; thence at
right angles to said first-mentioged course, southwesterly two hundred seventy-seven (277)
} feet to a point in the west line of Novidor's property, which point is thixty (30) inches,.
more or Less, easterly from an 18" maple stump; thence southeasterly one hundred ninety-eight
R (198) feet to the northern end of the, boundary between Lots 28 and 29 of said VanOrder Tract,
as shown by the dap above mentioned, which corner is two hundred six and four tenths (206.4)
feet westerly and thirty-three (33) feet southerly, aeasured at right angles, from the point
of beginning; thence northeasterly along a fence marking the northerly boundaries of Lots 28,
270 26 and 25 in the VanOrder Tract, two hundred and nine (209) feet, more or less, to the
place of beginning; containing ninety-two one hundredths (.92) of an acre of land. Being a
portion of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed of Mary B. VanOrder,
dated December 15, 1931, and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's office in Liber 227 of Deeds,
. at page 377. Also the right to use, in common with others, a right of way nine (9) feet in
width extending westerly from Spencer Road between Lots 27 and 28 to the premises above des-
cribed, as shown on the above mentioned map of the Van Order Tract'. Said party of the first

part, in consideration aforesaid, does also hereby remise, release and forever quit-claim all'
of his tight, title and interest unto the said party of the second part, its successors and

its successors and assigns forever.
AND the said party of the first part does covenant with the said party of the second
part as follows:
THAT the party of the second part shall quietly enjoy the said premises.

except as against said Lot No. 28.
