Lansing and 25 feet south from-an iron pipe set in the north boundary of said Road; thence west-
erly in a straight line parallel with said Town Line, and 250 feet south therefrom for & distance
of 422 feet to the westerly terminus of said Road in the east line of Highland Road, said point
being referenced by two iron pipes set 50 feet apart to mark the intersection of the side lines
of Highgate Road with the east line of Highland Road and 25 feet from the center of the latter
Road.TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and. rights of the parties of the first
part in and to said premises, which are requisite for the purposes hereinbefore set forth.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its suc-

mises conveyed to the granters herein by the aforesaid deed. Excepting therefrom any existing
right of way affecting the above described premises for wires and appurtenances, and reference
is hereby made to a right of way from the grantors herein to New York State Gas & Electric Cor-
poration for electric lines, etc., dated November 20, 1924 and recorded in the Tompkins County
28059 Clerks s office in Liber 6 of Miscellaneous records at page 30. This conveyance is made and ac-
cepted subject to the covenant running with the land that the party of the second part, his
heirs or assigns, shall not erect any building or buildings on the above described premises with-
out the consent of the parties of the first part or one of them so long as said parties of the
first part or one of them shall own any of the lands lying northeasterly of Catskill Turnpike
