Sharp and wife by deed of the parties of the first part dated April 20s, 1923, and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 205 of Deeds at page 98, said iron pipe being North 51 degrees 42 minutes West 187 feet distant measured in a straight line from the last previously mentioned iron pipe; thence North 88 degrees 28 minutes West along the south 4- r. line of Muenscher 242 feet to an iron pipe in the east line of Highland Road at the southwest corner of the Mue4scher property.
