conform to the description above set forth,, the substitution of that part of The Parkway Exten-
sion herein described and conveyed being accepted as and for a pub�,ic highway in place of the
former route which it closely approximates, and all lands heretofore conveyed for such purpose
not included in the desqkiption herein set forth are released to. the :respective adjoining owners
on either side.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, its suc-
cessors and assigns forever.

rights and interests requisite therefor in and to a strip of land fifty (50) feet. in width, the
eastern and northern boundary of which is described as follows: Commeming at an iron pipe in
the north line of Remington Road. located North 84 degrees 53 minutes West 245 feet distant from
the iron pipe at the intersection of the north line of Remington Road with the west line of

Highgate Road; running thence North 6 degrees West 350 feet to an iron pipe; thence on a gentle
curve to the left to an iron pipe at the southeast corner of the land (now ovmed by Muenscher)
conveyed to Francis R. Sharp and wife by deed of the parties of the first part dated April 20s,
1923, and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 205 of Deeds at page 98, said iron
pipe being North 51 degrees 42 minutes West 187 feet distant measured in a straight line from
the last previously mentioned iron pipe; thence North 88 degrees 28 minutes West along the south

line of Muenscher 242 feet to an iron pipe in the east line of Highland Road at the southwest
corner of the Mue4scher property.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first

cribed as follows: Beginning at a point in the northwesterly line of the Hanshaw Corners Road,
25 feet from the center of said Roads, and marking the intersection of the southeasterly terminus
of the center line of Hampton Road with the southerly terminus of/the center line of Highgate
Road; running thence along the center line of Highgate Road on a curve to the left with a chord
of North 11 minutes East 302.5 feet to a point 25 feet easterly at right angles from an iron
pipe monument set in the westerly line of said Road; thence continuing along the center line of
said Road in a straight line North 6 degrees West for a distance of 1964 feet, said course in-

tersecting the center line of the Parkway/coming in from the east at about the 321 ft. point.,
at the 495 ft. point being 25 feet easterly from an iron pipe set in the west line of Highgate
Road, and at the 626 ft. point intersecting the easterly terminus of the center line of East
Remington Road a few feet south of the line between Great Lots 88 and 89 of the Town of Ithaca;
